I think it's more of a weak adaptation by Mark Ravenhill, which really surprised me. Very interesting and certainly makes me want to go and see it all the more. Although as a self-confessed Pratchett geek, I am a little surprised that the plot and dialogue was the weakest link. Although Pratchett books have never been the most original in terms of content, their wit and story-telling always struck me as his main strengths. Am keeping an eye out for more £5 tx!
